Proper care of sod requires good sunlight , cutting the lawn at the right height plus proper watering after sod is installed. Sod should be watered at least two to three hours daily for two weeks. After two weeks, sod should be cut to the highest setting on your mower and should be cut high in warmer weather. to prevent disease of fungus on the sod, it is recommended to water every other day. Proper fertilizing should be done at least two to four times a year.
